Rotana Hotels will open two new hotels as a part of the expansion of Dubai's Al Ghurair Centre - the Al Ghurair Rayhaan by Rotana and the Al Ghurair Arjaan by Rotana (hotel apartments), the hotel management company said on Wednesday. The properties, with a total of 621 rooms, are scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2012. In addition, Rotana will be operating eight properties in the UAE under the "Arjaan Hotel Apartments by Rotana" brand and three properties under the alcohol-free brand "Rayhaan Hotels & Resorts by Rotana" brand. "The total number of rooms managed by Rotana in the UAE confirms Rotana's strong dedication in delivering premium hospitality and services," said Omer Kaddouri, Rotana's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Al Ghurair Centre is a mixed use development in Dubai's Deira area, housing shopping area, residential apartments and commercial offices.
