
In celebration for the forthcoming Eid-Al-Fitr, Bawadi Mall in Al Ain has displayed the Alhambra Castle. This is part of a new theme highlighting the Andalusian era aimed at defining the architecture when Arabs dominated Spain for eight centuries from 711 – 1492. Khalid Shraim, senior marketing manager, Bawadi Mall, said: “We have seen increased footfall through a series of themes organized by our internal marketing team. These infotainment campaigns attract not only art and culture lovers but also multinationals who are eager to get acquainted with civilizations.” The thematic decor aimed at educating mall visitors about the Andalusian Islamic civilization which is one of the most prominent civilizations in history.
