
Hossam Imam, who launched the "Egypt is safe" initiative, voiced happiness over the success of his initiative that helped in promoting for Egyptian tourism in Kuwait as a Kuwaiti flight is expected in Sharm El Sheikh on Wednesday.
In statements to MENA, Imam praised the quick response of the Tourism Promotion Authority and EgyptAir in contributing to propelling the Kuwaiti tourism movement to Sharm El Sheikh.
Imam said he made contacts with various political, media and artistic figures in Kuwait to stand on the real situation in Sharm El Sheikh and the safety of the distinguished tourist city.
He also said other flights will be arranged for Kuwaiti businessmen to get briefed on investment potentials in the Red Sea resort and Egypt in general.
The Kuwaiti flight is due in Sharm El Sheikh on Wednesday and the Kuwaiti group will enjoy a tourism program for four days.
