Egypt is planning to launch aggressive campaigns in India with special corporate packages and is starting direct flights from Delhi to boost its inward bound tourism, according to media reports here. Egypt plans to reinvigorate its tourism industry which has been affected by internal turmoil. To this end Cairo is even wooing India''s Mumbai-based film industry hub Bollywood, as it is popularly known, and has an interesting package for youngsters. Egypt''s Ambassador to India Khaled El Bakly, launched a new promotional campaign for his country in India at the SATTE 2012 Business to Business Conference and Exhibition in New Delhi. Egypt''s Ministry of Tourism has been proactive recently and hopes to attract inward bound tourists between 12 and 13 million by the end of 2012 and rake revenue around $11 Billion, according to published media reports.
