
Transport Minister Saad el Geyoushi on Monday inspected Cairo metro stations to follow up ongoing preparations for Eidul Adha.
The minister boarded a train from Sadat to El Malek El Saleh metro stations, where he met passengers to listen to their complaints and views on the level of services provided and checked on the cleanliness of trains.
The minister ordered the company officials to raise the state of emergency at all stations on the three metro lines in preparation for Eidul Adha.
He also ordered the officials to provide continuing supervision on all metro stations and trains to raise the level of service provided to citizens.
