Bahrain has vowed online facilities to fast track visas for next month's F1 race. The Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix, the fourth race of the 2012 season, will be held at the Bahrain International Circuit, Sakhir, on April 22. The Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs yesterday announced the beginning of receiving visa requests by Formula One visitors. It called for the need to apply at the earliest in order to facilitate the issuing process, adding that major companies and organisations that have entry account to the e-visa website should submit their requests regarding the visitors they want to sponsor. Visit-ors who live in GCC countries and those who have the right to obtain on-arrival visa can apply through http://www.evisa.gov.bh. The GDN reported last week that ticket sales have rocketed and all corporate boxes have already sold out for the first time in history.
