Finnair recently unveiled new signature menus as part of the meal service renewal plan. The new menus are served up by Finnish chefs Pekka Terävä and Tomi Björck. Business class passengers on long-haul flights will have a chance to savour the new offering. “In-flight dining is an important part of a distinctive travel experience,” says Maarit Keränen, Finnair’s head of service concept. “Both Pekka and Tomi have a fresh style that is distinct from the mainstream. I believe that the new meals will raise the international profile of Finnish culinary culture.” Source: Travel Daily
