Fog causes flight disruptions at Dubai

While heavy fog in the UAE forced flight diversions on Tuesday, no flight disruptions have been recorded so far on Wednesday, according to Dubai Airports. "A total of four flights were diverted from nearby airports to Dubai International on Tuesday while four flights inbound for Dubai International were diverted to neighbouring airports the same day," a Dubai Airports spokesperson told Gulf News in an e-mailed statement. He added: "There were no diversions on Wednesday despite low visibility during the morning hours."
