French ambassabor to Egypt visits Luxor
French Ambassador to Egypt Andre Baran

French Ambassador to Egypt Andre Baran arrived here Wednesday night on a brief visit to this ancient Upper Egyptian city, which contains around one third of the world's antiquities.
He was welcomed at the airport by Luxor Governor Tareq Saad Eddin and other top officials.
Antiquities and Tourist Police Chief Bahaa Hamed said the French ambassador will visit the Karnak and Luxor Temples and will attend on Thursday night the Sound and Light Show at the Karnak.
He will also tour Deir el Bahari, the Valleys of the Kings and Queens and the Hatshepsut and King Tutankhamun tombs.
