The Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs on Saturday has completed gathering of 5,600 Jordanian pilgrims in Makkah.
The gathering process ended after pilgrims had spent several days in Madina.
The head of the Jordanian Hajj Mission in Madina, Abdel Rahman Shahin said that the mission follows up on the conditions of the pilgrims and make sure to provide them with the necessary services, pointing out that the Jordanian medical mission has provided health care services to non-Jordanian pilgrims as well.
He said the grouping process was executed in batches, stressing the mission's readiness for receiving pilgrims and distributing them to the designated accommodation in the Azizia area in accordance with the ministry's plan.
He said that the mission's medical and administrative team accompanied the Jordanian pilgrims during their journey to Makkah to ascend Mount Arafat and perform Hajj.
