Hamas bans travel of its members outside Gaza Strip

Hamas Movement banned the travel of its leaders and prominent members from both the military and political wings outside Gaza Strip, the Palestinian local newspaper "Al Quds" reported quoting well-informed sources at the movement.
The paper said the decision did not include leaders of the first, second and third rank, but only the influential elements in the structural organization of the movement and the military wing of Hamas.
The sources said the decision was issued in the wake of the kidnap of four elements of Qassam movement.
