
Construction works have been underway to establish engineering stations for Kuwait Airways at Doha and Holy Medina airports, according to a KAC executive.
The construction of these facilities that will provide technical maintenance and back-up for the KAC aircraft is forecast to finish early next year, said Abdullah Neshmi Al-Enezi, the director of the KAC regional tasks, during the annual reception, held by the KAC regional center, honoring the corporation's partners, late on Thursday.
The KAC is hiking its technical potentials in aircraft maintenance, he said, adding that the corporation, through the regional center provides a variety of highly-accredited engineering, aircraft maintenance services, consultation and training.
The gathering was sponsored by the Kuwaiti General Consul in Dubai, Thiab Al-Rashidi. It was attended by a number of UAE officials.
