Southwestern governorate of Kebili, one of the favorite destinations of Saharan tourism in Tunisia, stands at 9,944 visitors who spent almost 10,651 overnight stays from August 11 to 20, 2013. According to statistics provided by the regional tourism commissionership, Russian tourists top the list of visitors to the region with 2,589 persons, followed by German tourists with 1,405 visitors"
