
The Head of the Egyptian Holding Company for Airports and Air Navigation (EHCAAN) Mahmoud Essmat announced that development work, that lasted for several months, at Marsa Matrouh airport is over.
The airport has been operative since the beginning of May, he underlined.
Essmat said also that EgyptAir Express company will organize two flights weekly on Sundays and Thursdays between Cairo and Marsa Matrouh, starting next week.
Meanwhile, Chairman of the Egyptian Airports Company (EAC) Adel Mahgoub underscored that many achievements will be witnessed during June at Egyptian airports, such as the resumption of flights at Assiut Airport.
