Chic Outlet Shopping Villages has launched a series of new products and services for luxury travellers. New VIP lounges are now available at its Brussels, Dublin and Munich villages that include food and drink; personal stylist rooms and a general area to relax. The lounges will be rolled out at Chic’s villages near Frankfurt and Milan by the end of this year. New shopping packages have also been launched including one in the Milan village which includes a luxury coach service to the Fidenza Village and entry to the Museo Teatrale alla Scalla and another that includes a spa voucher. Similar packages are available at other villages. In addition, Chic has launched a new app where they can search for shops; view maps and see offers and promotions. “Our international visitors treat the Villages as tourism destinations for a day out and are looking for a unique and authentic experience and the best customer service. The digital app, Shopping Packages and services including the VIP rooms help them to make the most of their visit,” said Ian Stazicker, tourism director – global marketing for Value Retail.
