Nok Air has launched charter flights between Don Muang Airport in Bangkok to Nanjing, China. The route is being operated this month with a Boeing 737-800 with a capacity of up to 189 seats. “All of us at Nok Air are very excited to expand our services with these charter flights from Don Muang to Nanjing, in the People’s Republic of China,”, said Mr. Patee Sarasin, CEO of Nok Air. “Nok Air is pleased to carry Chinese tourists to Thailand during the Songkran festival season, and we’re also pleased to reopen our International routes with these charter flights from and to Don Muang International Airport ... Our passengers can check in at Nok Air counter Row 1 at Don Muang for the charter flights, operated with the 737-800, a technologically advanced and environmentally friendly aircraft, which is excellent for regional routes.” Nok Air is operating the charter flights from Don Mueang to Nanjing on selected dates through the end of April 2012.
