Qatar's Foreign Minister Dr. Khalid bin Mohamed Al-Attiyah met here today with Russia's Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
During the meeting, they discussed issues of common interest and means of enhancing bilateral relations in various fields.
After the meeting, the two sides signed an agreement on the exemption of citizens of both countries carrying diplomatic passports from entry visa requirements and another on cooperation in cultural fields.
