Radisson Blu Grand Hotel in Sofia has opened its new Zig Zag Brasserie and Bar. The hotel now offers travellers to the city a new venue for food and relaxation in modern surroundings. Cosmopolitan in style, Zig Zag aims to offer visitors the chance to enjoy delicious food or just get a drink, see people and be seen. The menu features a well-balanced selection of Mediterranean and international cuisine with modern twists, complemented with seasonal offers and chef's signature dishes. Quality ingredients, fine meat, home-made pasta, seafood and tempting desserts will all be available at the Zig Zag Brasserie and Bar. The design of the Sofia restaurant is chic with cream, dark green and onyx zigzag inspired motive on the floor and deep green leather furniture. Unique pieces of contemporary art have been selected for Zig Zag and are on display throughout the brasserie. The designers of the restaurant intend these to be appreciated along with the art of cooking which is also on display for diners. The new Zig Zap Brasserie and Bar also features floor-to-ceiling windows which offer drinkers and diners views over the yellow pavement square and Alexander Nevsky Cathedral.
