Saudi Arabia, Sudan allow Libyan flights over their airspace

Saudi Arabia's and Sudan's civil aviation authorities Thursday allowed the Libyan aircarrier to fly over their airspace, the Libyan Airlines (LN) announced.
In a statement Thursday, director of the information office at the LN Mohamed Abu Saada said the first LN flight would take off directly from Mitiga International Airport to Jordan after the approval of the Saudi and Sudanese authorities to allow Libyan planes flying over their airspace.
The inauguration of the new air route across Saudi Arabia and Sudan would help transfer Libyan nationals stranded in the Jordanian capital, Amman due to the closure of airspace of Al Abraq and Tobruk airports for several days, he added.
