In a statement issued here on Monday and relayed by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the Ministry indicated that it is preferable that a citizen wishing to travel to Germany to get an entry visa from the German Embassy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, but if he finds that his application will take time, he can take an entry visa from a country of ''Shenzhen'', noting that in this case he should travel directly to Germany from the country from which he obtains an entry visa, otherwise he will be fined and turned back.
