
Slovenians are broadening their choices for summer vocation abroad with Greece and Turkey turning to be their favorite destinations after Croatia, according to Slovenian travel agents.
Traditionally, Slovenians like to spend their summer holidays in Croatia where many beautiful beaches and seaside resorts are available.
More than 1.1 million of Slovenian tourists visited Croatia in the first nine months of 2013, up 1.3 percent year-on-year, an official data showed.
But this year witnessed Greece and Turkey being attractive destinations for Slovenian families.
In addition, many Slovenians holiday makers are planning to have a trip to Bali, Indonesia, to Egypt, and even a Scandinavian tour.
