Minister of Tourism Hisham Zaazou has expressed his optimism as Germany has amended in a positive way its warnings regarding Nile cruises in Egypt.
Egypt is a very important tourist destination for Germans, the minister said, adding that coordination between Foreign and Tourism ministries should contribute to clearing and enhancing Egypt's perceived image aboard.
The German Foreign Ministry has amended earlier its warnings regarding Nile cruises between Luxor and Aswan in a way that allows trips to many tourist sites in Upper Egypt.
