UAE envoy opens Etihad Airways' headquarters in South Africa

UAE Ambassador to South Africa Hamad Hareb Al Habsi opened yesterday the new regional headquarters of Etihad Airways in Johannesburg, in the presence of Maurice Phohleli, Vice President, Africa Sub-Sahara and Indian Ocean at Etihad Airways, the airline's staff and diplomats.

Al Habsi said the UAE had made huge achievements, thanks to its wise leadership's vision for transforming the country into a premier tourist destination. He praised the role played by the UAE national carriers, Etihad Airways and Emirates Airlines, in strengthening the country's relations, as well as economic and commercial cooperation, with the world's nations.

Al Habsi congratulated Etihad Airways staff in South Africa and wished them success.
