Zaazou denies violations by tourism promotion authority

Minister of Tourism Hisham Zazou on Wednesday asserted that all events sponsored by the Egyptian Tourism Promotion Authority are carefully considered and organized.
Zaazou made these remarks in response to reports claiming that the authority committed irregularities in organizing a number of important events.
"In all events, the authority abides by laws and regulations," the minister said.
He asserted that the ministry is keen on rationalization of costs and achieving the expected aims as well.
