In the same context, Fatah movement has warned the Palestinians not to allow Netanyahu’s government to exploit the prisoner exchange deal to deepen the Palestinian division.

The director of the  Palestine Studies Center  in Cairo, Ibrahim Al-Derawi, confirmed that an anticipated meeting will be held in Cairo between the Palestinian President, Mahmoud Abbas, and the Chairman of the Political Bureau of Hamas, Khaled Meshaal, to resume the talks on the completion of the Palestinian reconciliation.
Al-Derawi said in a press statement, that Meshaal called the  Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and briefed him with the latest developments regarding the prisoner swap deal.  He added,  that Meshaal has also called the Egyptian intelligence chief, Mourad Muwafi, to resume the talks regarding the Palestinian reconciliation.
