A terrorist group affiliated with Daesh has threatened to carry out further atrocities in Tunisia and Algeria after terrorist Luqman Abu Shakr was killed.
Algeria's "An Nahar" newspaper said Saturday that Jund al Khilafah tweeted that Abu Sakhr, who had been killed in Gafsa area on the Tunisian-Algerian border, served as the coordinator of Daesh offshoots in North Africa.
The paper said that Abu Amer al Warfi, a Libyan Daesh leader, blamed Algerian military troops for the murder of Abu Sakhr.
He vowed a violent response against Algeria.
