Moroccan football team Raja Beni Mellal
Moroccan football has been rocked by fresh allegations of match-fixing after four players from Raja Beni Mellal were questioned about last month's 4-0 defeat against KAC Kénitra.
The result of the Botola Pro League match had an impact on the final standings for the season, and saw CODM Meknès relegated to division two.
The Moroccan side raised the alarm, alerting football authorities, and claiming to have "concrete evidence" of fixing.
Sources told Arabstoday that an investigation is now underway into the matter, after CODM Meknès handed over documents to security officials.
The Moroccan league has been blighted by similar allegations in the past, which have led fans to question the results of certain matches.
