Al-Hilal to feature in Abu Dhabi friendly tournament

Al-Hilal coach Antoine Kombouaré is giving 7 players time off Saudi club al-Hilal have confirmed their participation in the International Match World Championship, in Abu Dhabi towards the end of January. Antoine Kombouaré's side will take part in the tournament alongside Ukraine's Shakhtar Donetsk and Russian team Zenit St Petersburg. Egypt's Al-Ahly is the fourth team, but are yet confirm their involvement.
Al-Hilal will travel to Abu Dhabi on January 14 and return to Riyadh on January 20, ahead of their match against Ettifaq in Dammam on January 25.
Meanwhile, al-Hilal's Moroccan star Adel Hermash will leave the team after their match against Najran, to spend time with his family before meeting up with the Moroccan national team for the Africa Cup of Nations.
Kombouaré will allow seven first team players to take time off, after the Najran game on Friday.
