The Algerian national team
Algiers – Hocine Bousaleh
The Algerian national team is awaiting a last preparatory friendly, before leaving to play Moroccan on September 7.
Most of the players in the Algerian national football team
are involved in different foreign tournaments, and have started their friendly matches in the technical centre of Sidi Moussa in Algiers. This is in preparation to meet their Libyan rivals next Sunday in Mohamed the fifth stadium in Casablanca. The game is the semi-final draw of the Africa Cup of Nations 2013 finals, hosted by South Africa.
Players Gabo and Halliche arrived Sunday night from Tunis and London. Early Monday saw the arrival of M’Blohi, Mesbah, Boudebouz, Kadir, Kadiorah, Mahdi Mostafa and Magani from Paris.
Khalilozic waited for the five expert players to join, they are expected to play in the Casablanca match and include Jabbor, Lhassan, Feghouli, Kadamoro and Sudani. The five top players arrived on Monday evening from the Spanish capital of Madrid.
The problems with "greens" new-comer Yizhak Blfodel look set to continue. His team, Italian Parma FC refused to let him go for the friendly with the Algerian team because he is not yet qualified by the International Football Federation to wear the Algerian colours. The Algerian Federation for Football's head, Mohamed Raouraua said, "the law doesn’t allow Blfodel to join his national team as soon as his file is deposited at FIFA.”
