Nasser al-Khelafi (L) says signing Beckham has been one of his best decisions
Paris Saint-Germain chairman Nasser al-Khelafi has revealed that he is planning to hold talks with David Beckham about extending his stay in the French capital
.The Englishman signed a five-month deal with the Ligue 1 leaders in January which is due to expire in the summer.
However, the PSG chairman says he will speak to the 37-year-old about staying at the Parc des Princes beyond the end of the season.
"We are going to talk with him about it. But frankly, we really want to keep him with us next season,” al-Khelafi told L’Equipe.
"He's fantastic, on and off the pitch. Signing David has been one of my best decisions.
"He's an outstanding person, as a player, as an ambassador. He has really made an impact in this squad. Everybody loves him."
