12th Annual Middle East Insurance Forum (MEIF) announces finalists

The 12th Annual Middle East Insurance Forum will be held on the 2nd and 3rd of February 2016 at the Gulf Hotel Bahrain with the strategic support of the Central Bank of Bahrain and in partnership with the leading insurance companies of the region. The Forum will gather over 400 insurance professionals from across the world comprising of policy makers, dignitaries, central bank representatives, heads of insurance supervision, CEOs of the largest insurance operators, thought leaders and experts in research, bankers, academia and Shariah scholars.

The regional insurance industry’s flagship platform announced today the nominees for the MEIF Institutional Excellence Awards.

The MEIF Institutional Excellence Awards have been designed on the basis of a robust methodology which takes into account key financial metrics and provides industry participants an objective peer-to-peer ranking. The data employed in creating the assessment framework has been collated from the Thomson Reuters EIKON database. The categories of the awards include: 3 Middle East Awards (Overall, Life and Non-Life) and 2 Regional Awards (Overall GCC, Overall Levant).

The MEIF Institutional Excellence Awards represents MEIF’s commitment to provide an objective and quantitative approach in assessing insurance performance.
