Adele moves bodyguard into her mansion

Adele’s new mansion According to reports today, Adele has moved her female bodyguard into her new mansion, as she is scared about spending the night alone. The singer is believed to have hired the former driver to be by her side all the time as she told a friend: “I'm not rattling around here on my own. It gives me the creeps.”
According to her friends the singer keeps “hearing things that made her jump” in the ten-bedroom mansion, which used to be a convent, and has vowed never to spend another night alone there.
And she is reportedly paying the bodyguard, a former chauffeur, $150,000 a year to stay with her in the mansion, which is set in 25 acres of land and boasts two swimming pools.
Speaking about the subject, her friend said: “Adele was so excited to be renting such a lavish property but it has not turned out as happily as it should have. She is convinced it is haunted. She knows about its religious history, and it's a big place to be in on your own in the dead of night.”
