
H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, today met with Emirati students studying at a number of Japanese universities as part of his official visit to Japan.
During his meeting with them, H.H. Sheikh Abdullah was introduced to their academic specialisations and their living conditions in Japan. The minister also heard from the scholarship students on their proposals.
Sheikh Abdullah urged the students to pursue academic excellence through diligence in order to contribute to the nation's development process in the future.
The minister also expressed his delight with meeting the students and their keenness to complete their academic achievements and their aspirations to return home to play an effective role in promoting the natoin's sustainable development.
The UAE students expressed their pride and delight in meeting with Sheikh Abdullah vowing to do their best to make their nation proud. They also expressed their appreciation of their country's support and the services it provides to ensure their journey is completed with ease and comfort.
The meeting was attended by Khaled Omran Al-Amiri, UAE Ambassador to Japan.
