
Egyptian businessman Mohamed Abu El Enin took part in meetings of the United Nations' General Assembly in New York.
Abu El Enin, who acts as the Honorary Chairman of the Euro-Med Parliament, met with officials of European and African countries and discussed several economic and development issues along with the regional situation.
He stressed that the investment climate in Egypt is formatted to pump new funds in the country after the government was able to overcome problems facing investors.
Egypt launched a fierce war against terrorists in Sinai, he said.
He added that confronting extremist ideology should not only use security methods, but also intellectual, developmental and economic means.
