In his capacity as Ruler of Dubai, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has issued Decree No. (45) of 2016, appointing Ahmed Abdul Karim Mohammed Julfar as Director General of the Dubai Community Development Authority (CDA).
The new Decree is effective from the date of issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
