Azhar Grand Imam back home from Germany

Azhar Grand Imam Ahmed el Tayyeb returned to Cairo on Friday after a five-day visit to Germany, during which he participated in meetings of an international conference on religions.
During the visit, he met with a number of German ministers and officials.
He also met with a number of German lawmakers and representatives of religious sects. They discussed Islam and peace.
Tayyeb took part in a conference on "peace pillars in religions" that was held in the German city of Münster.
