Pope Tawadros II of Alexandria and Patriarch of Saint Mark Diocese received on Monday Grand Imam of Al Azhar Ahmed El Tayyeb who greeted the Pope on Christmas.
The meeting, which was held at Diocese Cathedral in Abbasiya, was attended by Mufti of the republic Shawki Allam and senior Islamic scholars who accompanied the grand Imam to the Cathedral.
