Bashir to attend Egypt celebrations marking Oct. 6 anniversary

Sudanese President Omar al Bashir will take part in Egypt's celebrations to mark the anniversary of the October 6 War victory.
Bashir will be on a visit to Cairo early October and will stay to attend the celebrations, said Sudanese Foreign Minister Ibrahim al Ghandour on Tuesday.
During his visit, Bashir and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi will preside over a meeting of the joint higher committee, Ghandour pointed out.
A bilateral summit will also be held on October 5, he added.
