
Belarusian Deputy Foreign Minister Valentin Rybakov will start a two-day visit to Cairo on Sunday for talks with his Egyptian counterpart on means of promoting economic cooperation and exchanging viewpoints on the situation in the Middle East and Europe, Belarusian Ambassador here Sergei Rachkov said.
Speaking to MENA on Friday, Rachkov said a delegation of Belarusian businesspersons will accompany Rybakov during his visit, including a representative from the Agriculture Ministry for talks with his Egyptian counterparts on a draft memorandum of understanding on joint cooperation.
The delegation will also include representatives of the pharmaceutical sector along with state-run Minsk Automobile Plant, which is carrying out a project to produce tractors in Egypt, he said.
