
A high-level delegation of dried tomato largest importers in Brazil and Argentina is currently paying a visit to the Upper Egypt governorate of Luxor to inspect production lines using top-notch technology.
Luxor Governorate Secretary-General Hatem Zain el Abedeen met with the delegation.
During the meeting, Zain el Abedeen said the governorate welcomes all investors and makes great efforts to overcome all obstacles facing them.
He added that the governorate provides the logistical support needed for the tomatoes dehydrating project, and plans to train young graduates to work in it.
Following the meeting, the delegation visited the dried tomato production lines and got acquainted with the different stages of production.
