
Defense Minister Sedqi Sobhi witnessed the inaugural session for the international medical conference organized by the International Medical Center under the rubric “developing medical care and way towards achieving patient safety”.
The conference hailed the role of the Armed Forces in supporting initiatives of promoting medical care and service at the regional and local levels in cooperation with international major health institutions.
The conference will tackle the international expertise to handle the problems of medical service and stand on the latest international developments in the health organization along with presenting help to the hospitals and medical units in Egypt and the Arab region.
Director of the International Medical Center Amr Hegab asserted that the conference comes within the efforts exerted by the Armed Forces to improve the medical services presented inside the medical centers and facilities.
At the end of the session, Sobhi asserted that developing the medical sector and improving the skills of the medical teams comes on top of the interests of the Armed Forces, lauding the efforts of the hospitals and medical centers to support medical services presented to the Egyptians.
