Deputy Interior Minister Lieutenant General Adel bin Khalifa Al Fadhel received today the ministry's staff member Dr. Fahima Abdullah on the occasion of obtaining her PhD.
Dr. Fahima presented him with a copy of her PhD thesis which shed light on the role of the public relations bodies within the framework of comprehensive quality.
The Deputy Interior Minister congratulated her, praising her thesis and stressing the importance of pursuing academic acquisition in honing the scientific and professional capabilities and coping with fast-paced developments.
