Egypt takes part in AU committee of justice, legal affairs

Egypt took part in the second session of the Specialized Technical Committee (STC) on Justice and Legal Affairs in Togo, according to a statement by the Foreign Ministry Monday.
The Egyptian delegation was led by Egyptian Ambassador to Togo Karim Sherif.
The meetings, that were held on September 9, discussed a number of legal issues in the African continent, including the statute of the AU Mechanism for Police Cooperation and the African charter on maritime security that will be presented to Lome summit on October 15.
