Egyptian FM Sameh Shouky arrives in Khartoum

Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shouky arrived here on Wednesday to take part in an Arab-Russian cooperation forum.
The two-day forum will discuss bolstering cooperation between Russia and Arab countries in the trade, economic and agricultural domains.
Minister of State at the Sudanese Foreign Ministry Ubaidallah Mohamed Ubaidallah and Egyptian Ambassador here Osama Shaltoot welcomed Shoukry at the airport.
The forum will also discuss the Syrian crisis, the Palestinian cause and the situation in Yemen, Iraq and Libya.
While in Khartoum, Shoukry will take part in the fifth ministerial meeting of Libya's neighbors on Thursday. The meeting aims at restoring stability to Libya and boosting legitimate institutions there.
