Erekat wraps up Egypt visit

Secretary of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization Saeb Erekat left here on Tuesday following a two-day visit to Egypt.
During his stay in Egypt, Erekat met with Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry.
The meeting discussed coordination regarding the situation in the Palestinian territories and diplomatic action at the Arab and international levels on this score, said Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ambassador Ahmed Abu Zeid.
Shoukry listened, at the meeting, to a detailed explanation from Erekat about the recent developments in the territories, added the spokesman.
