
Greek President Karolos Papoulias left Algeria on Monday.
The Greek president started a three-day State visit to Algeria on Saturday, at an invitation from President Abdelaziz Bouteflika.
On Sunday, Bouteflika held a one-to-one meeting with his Greek counterpart Karolos Papoulias.
The talks represented an opportunity to give a new impetus to the relations of friendship and cooperation existing between Algeria and Greece.
The two leaders exchanged views on regional and international issues of common interest, including the Euro-Mediterranean dialogue and the situation in the Middle East and Africa.
