His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister received a cable of congratulations from Electricity and Water Affairs Minister Dr. Abdulhussain bin Ali Mirza, on the honorary doctorate conferred by Al Quds Open University and delivered by Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas during his visit recently.
The minister expressed sincere wishesof lasting good health and wellbeing for HRH the Premier to continue his contributions to the nation's progress.
The University has conferred the Honorary PhD degree on HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister in recognition of his contributions to communities development locally, regionally and internationally and supporting the Palestinian people.
