His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has received a cable of congratulations from Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning, Essam bin Abdullah Khalaf on receiving the honorary doctorate with all rights and privileges presented by Al-Quds Open University.
The minister praised the honorary doctorate presented to HRH Premier in recognition of his humanitarian and development stances, advocacy of Arab and Islamic issues, constant support for the Palestinian cause and people, as well as efforts in reinforcing joint Arab action, which are a source of pride to Bahraini people.
He wished HRH Prime Minister good health and happiness to bring more development achievements.
