As the Deputy President for Party Affairs in the National Congress Party, Ibrahim Mahmoud, on Saturday paid a visit to a group of persons injured during the recent Hamar Kababish incident, currently receiving medical care at the Ibrahim Malik and Al Amadimi Hospital in Khartoum. Mahmoud wished them quick recovery.
Dr Maha Ahmed Abdul Aal the Secretary for Social Affair in the National Congress said eh visit of the Deputy President for Party Affair, Mahmoud, was aimed to get a firsthand about the injured persons from the two sides following the sorry incidents that took place between members from the two tribes there.
She stressed social cohesion and peace are priority for the National Congress party.
