The wife of US Secretary of State John Kerry was released from hospital Saturday after treatment for a seizure and is expected to make a full recovery, a spokesman said. "Teresa Heinz Kerry walked out of Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Boston today after successful treatment for a seizure she experienced on July 7," said Glen Johnson, personal spokesman for the top diplomat. "Doctors said they expect Mrs. Heinz Kerry to complete a full recovery at home after some limited out-patient treatment," the spokesman said, adding she "has resumed routine family activities, and looks forward to the same with her civic works after a period of rest." Heinz Kerry, a multilingual philanthropist born to Portuguese parents in colonial-era Mozambique, was rushed to hospital July 7 after falling ill on Nantucket Island in Massachusetts. Kerry and his wife, 74, have been married for some 18 years. It is a second marriage for both of them.
